I am a leadership coach and consultant with a strong commitment to social change and to supporting senior and executive leaders and social justice organizations.

I care deeply about addressing healing and resilience within social justice organizations, informed and challenged by my own healing journey. I specialize in helping directors and supervisors in their quest to become excellent employers and great bosses who create healthy workplaces based on their values. 

I am passionate about helping social justice leaders find ways to embrace staff unionization, and can support you in transforming the collective bargaining process into an opportunity to strengthen your organization and deepen and improve internal relationships.

With several amazing colleagues and the support of The Ford Foundation, I co-authored the Beyond Neutrality report, and I am leading a project to create resources and supports for employers who welcome and embrace their staff members’ desire to form a union.
